Slow Cooker Lamb Ras el Hanout
Ingredients
- 1 kg (2.2 pounds) lamb shoulder or other braising cut
- 2 teaspoon (2 teaspoon) Ras El Hanout
- 1 tablespoon (1 tablespoon) vegetable oil
- 1 (1) large onion
- 2-3 cloves (2 cloves) of garlic
- 2 tablespoon (2 tablespoon) honey
- 1 (1) can chopped tomatoes
- 150 millilitres (5 fl oz) lamb stock
- 2 teaspoon (2 teaspoon) fresh thyme leaves
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the lamb into chunks and place into the slow cooker with all the other ingredients.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Serve with couscous
