Mincemeat and Apple Crumble
Dessert was a Mincemeat and Apple Crumble. A friend gave me a jar of homemade mincemeat for Christmas in 2007 and I hadn’t used it. I don’t think it would keep for another year, so I combined it with some cooking apples, squeezed some organge juice over and topped with crumble mix, crushed shortbread biscuits (I wanted to use them up) and some chopped pecan nuts. Served it with Yeo Valley yogurt.
