Blackcurrants from the garden

It stayed dry long enough for me to pick our blackcurrants. I’ve frozen most of them but cooked a few and then added some fresh apricots to the cooked berries. Once cooled I layered it up with a mixture of fresh custard and greek yogurt. We wont get so many berries next year because we pulled out a couple of bushes, they were very overgrown and when we cut the branches back we found that the stem was rotten at the base.
